With us you always get a return period of 14 days after receiving your order. The return period starts after you have received the order. There are a number of conditions for returning a product.
The product may be assessed but not actually used. So you can, for example, connect and test a car radio. But as soon as you screw it in completely, it will show signs of use, and we can no longer refund the full purchase price. We will first have to assess the product.
The cables, booklets and the product box must not be damaged, even if these accessories show signs of use, we cannot refund a full purchase price.
If we get the product back in the condition you received it, we will refund 100%.
