If the car radio does not turn off automatically after you switch off the ignition, try disconnecting the plug in the photo. Constant voltage is supplied to the radio via this plug, which may not work properly on some vehicles. When you disconnect this plug, the CANBUS module takes over, and the CANBUS will send power to the radio when needed, i.e. when the ignition is on.
