If the bluetooth connection does not work, the radio is probably already connected to Carplay or Android auto in the background. You first have to unpair this and you do that via your smartphone.
Go to settings via your smartphone and type in search Carplay or Android auto, and go via settings to connections and disconnect the connection.
After this, the bluetooth of the radio should work again.
