If your vehicle is equipped with a special sound amplifier, try disconnecting the battery from the vehicle and wait 5 minutes. This resets the sound amplifier and the new car radio will be recognized. In most cases, the sound will also work after this.
If the sound does not work after the battery has been disconnected, please email us with a photo of the original car radio plug from the car.
